The Cocos Lair Database Registry is a program within the PLV3 Archives which is governed by the Office of Staff Management. The Cocos Lair Database Registry is a unit which logs all blacklists whether player or group blacklists, and keeps records of these users.
Groups and users that have been placed on this registry have been thoroughly reviewed and investigated by our team for misconduct and repeated rule-violations. Users who have been blacklisted are generally unable to appeal their punishment unless a special request by the owner has been made to reverse the blacklist.
Department Appeal
Per department policy mandated by Internal Affairs; effective April 2024, all Staff Blacklists are eligible for an appeal and reviewal. Please note one appeal is allowed per staff-blacklist. After your appeal is accepted, and you are staff-blacklisted again, you are not allowed to appeal your blacklist. All appeals should be made via the Staff Blacklist form.
